FRED HOFFMAN, M.ED.
Fred, a registered respiratory therapist, has been teaching group exercise classes for over twenty-five years. He holds a Masters Degree in Health Education, is certified by ACSM and ACE and was selected as the 2007 IDEA Instructor of the Year. Fred is the Director of International Services for the Club & Spa Synergy Group, a network of award-winning specialists. He is a Reebok Global Master Trainer, and at Reebok France is the Fitness Marketing Consultant as well as Team Manager for Reebok University. He is also a Master trainer for Body Bar and Gliding. Fred’s expertise has taken him to over 45 countries on six continents to present workshops and master classes, and in 2001 he was elected to the International Who's Who of Professionals
