This high energy mix of dance, pop, oldies and club offer something for every musical taste.About Interval Training - Interval training is a form of exercise that incorporates cardiovascular activities alternately performed at high and low intensity. The purpose of this sort of workout is to take the heart rate and energy output through a series of peaks and valleys. This helps to increase lean muscle mass and cardiovascular endurance while decreasing body fat. A common format consists of alternating 4 minute sections of step training with 4 minute sections of Hi-lo. Four to six cycles of this format produce significant results. About Circuit Training - Similar to interval training, circuit training involves aerobic conditioning and strength work at a series of workout stations. For example, a participant might perform cardiovascular moves on a step, move to a weight or toning station, back to an aerobic station and so on. A general circuit training format alternates 3 minutes of and aerobic activity followed by a minute and a half of strength training using resistive tubing, free weights and / or stationary weight machines.
