At Power Music, we exist to delight our
customers. Each product we offer is designed
to inspire you and your classes. If, for any
reason, your purchase does not create this
magic, you may
return it
within 30 days for a credit to your Power
Music account (store credit only) for the amount of the purchase
price (less shipping and handling)
Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please return it to us within 30 days, and
we will be glad to replace it with the same item. If a CD case arrives damaged in shipment, contact us at customercare@powermusic.com and a replacement case will be sent.
Incorrect Shipments: If you you are sent the wrong product please send it
back to us unopened within 30 days and we will be glad to replace it for the
correct item. If you have any additional questions or problems, please contact customer service at
customercare@powermusic.com
A return authorization number is required before mailing any returns. To obtain an RMA number please do the following:

- Click on “Orders History” on the left navigation bar
- "Search” for your order
Click on order which contains product you would like to return.
- Scroll down to the Create return request form.
- Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.

Select reason for return and how you
would like us to handle it.

Leave your comments, if necessary.
- Click on “Create”
- Please await a response from our
store administration. You will be
informed about the status of your
request by e-mail.
