Power Music uses a real time shipping calculation based on weight and delivery location to ensure that you get the best shipping cost possible.
Overnight Items ordered before 10AM MST will be shipped that same day. All other orders will ship within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Options (US Only).
Varies based on location. These dates are estimates and include the 48 hour processing time. Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding all major holidays. There is no order processing on Saturday and Sunday. Some options will not show up based on the weight of your order.
If you are mailing to a PO Box you must choose a USPS option.

If your order does not arrive within the delivery window please allow 1 additional business week before contacting us with questions regarding the order. If you are uncomfortable with these terms please chose a guaranteed shipping method (FedEx). Additionally, lost orders that were shipped using either USPS method are subject to a 30 day wait period before a replacement order will be generated / shipped.
