If, for any reason, your purchase does not create this magic, you may return it within 30 days for a credit to your Power Music account (store credit only) for the amount of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please return it to us within 30 days, and we will be glad to replace it with the same item. If a CD case arrives damaged in shipment, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a replacement case will be sent.
Incorrect Shipments: If you you are sent the wrong product please send it back to us unopened within 30 days and we will be glad to replace it for the correct item. If you have any additional questions or problems, please contact customer service at email@example.com
Digital Download Return Policy: There are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS for products that are purchased as a Digital Download. If you are having difficulty Downloading please check our Downloading Help section or contact Customer Service at 1-800-777-BEAT (2328).
