I can’t login.

With the launch of our new website and apps, we did experience some issues with people being able to login. Could you please try again using the same password you use on the powermusic.com website? If you still can’t login, please try resetting your password.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password right from the login area of the App. If that isn’t working for you please try resetting it here: https://www.powermusic.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/

Having trouble resetting my password.

We recommend trying to hit the "Send Reset Password" link again. Be sure to check your email's spam folder if you don’t receive the reset link within 10 mins.

My playlists are missing.

We are terribly sorry your playlists have disappeared. We recently upgraded our systems and tried our absolute best to preserve as much data as we could, but unfortunately some things like playlists were lost. (Several emails were sent to all customers who had playlists in their accounts prior to launch.) We are now working on a possible solution to restore lost playlists. You will receive a notification as soon as we are able to execute this. If you paid for content that you are not seeing please let us know, and we will rectify the situation as rapidly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.  

I can’t download my ClickMixes from my computer, and I’m a subscriber.

You can only access ClickMixes made as a subscriber via the POWER MUSIC NOW app. Only ClickMixes purchased separate from your subscription can be permanently downloaded from the Digital Products area of your account.    

 On website, where do I find my digital products / downloads?

After you login to your account, in the top right hand corner, select MY ACCOUNT. On the next page, on the left hand side, select DIGITAL PRODUCTS. There, you will see your products listed. You can click on the downward pointing arrow in order to download them :)

 All my downloaded music is gone because I logged out

In settings, there is a button called “Download All” you can click this and all your music will download without having to click one mix at a time.

 


 

If you are still experiencing issues with the App, please try these quick Troubleshooting techniques to see if they resolve your issue:

Make sure that you have the latest version of the POWER MUSIC NOW App.

- iOS: Launch the App Store App and look under updates to see if one is available.
- Android: Launch Google Play App and search “POWER MUSIC NOW” and update if available.

Completely close the POWER MUSIC NOW App and any other Apps that are running. Restart just the POWER MUSIC NOW App after ALL Apps have been shut down.

- iOS - Double Tap the home button and swipe all Apps vertically off the screen.
- Android - Depending on your device manufacturer, either hold the home button until all Apps are displayed or press the “Recents” button and swipe all of the Apps off the side of the screen.


Logout of the App and back in.

- iOS and Android - From the POWER MUSIC NOW home screen, press the three line menu button in the top left of the screen then click "Logout". Then login again.


Check your internet connection.
- iOS and Android - Make sure that you are properly connected to a wifi internet connection. If you are trying to connect via cellular data, make sure that you have enabled “Use Cellular Data” in the side menu of the POWER MUSIC NOW App.

OTHER FAQ:

Why is the App only playing 60-90 seconds of a song and then stopping?

Are you playing the Sample Clips? When you are browsing the App you can click on a song to hear a 60-90 second Sample Clip. If you want to play full songs remember to download an Album or Mix that you have created and then add it to the Player using the triple grey dot context menu.


Why isn’t the BPM Locking?

There are now three options in the BPM Lock Area: “OFF”, “%” and “BPM”. Select one of these options to produce the desired result. Example, if you want all Tracks in your mix to play at 135, move the BPM slider to 135 and then Press the “BPM” button below “Lock.” Click here for more information on BPM lock
